You can program Account Codes into feature keys allowing users to quickly enter verified or non-verified account codes into the SMDR record of a call.
The phone sets must support softkeys.
This feature is not supported on Symbol Wireless Phones.

Set Keys form
To program Account Code feature keys on display sets, set the Line Type "acct code verified" or "acct code non-ver". The Directory Number and Ring Type fields must be blank.
Account Code feature keys can also be programmed by using the Superkey. When this method is used, the appropriate values automatically appear in the Line Type field in the Multiline Set Keys form.
Supported on all devices.
To enter account codes using the Account Code feature key:
Press the Account Code feature key.
Enter the Account Code digits or press a Speed Call key that contains the account code.
If the account code is valid, the set displays "Thank you".
If the code is not valid, an invalid account message is displayed.
To program an Account Code feature key on a single-line display set:
Press Superkey.
Press No until "Personal Keys?" appears.
Press Yes.
Select a key to program it with the Account Code feature.
Press Change.
Press No until "Account Code" appears.
Press Yes.
The set displays "Verified?".
To specify a verified account code, select Yes. For non-verified codes, select No.
The set displays "Key Saved"
To program an Account Code feature key on Advanced Display Set:
Press SuperKey (must be programmed to a key on the 5330/5330e, 5340/5340e, and 69xx IP Phones).

If Long Key Press is enabled, hold down the Settings key to launch Superkey.
Press More until "Display Keys" appears.
Press Display Keys.
Select the key you want as the Account Code feature key.
Press Change Key.
Press More until "Account Code" appears.
Press Account Code.
To specify a verified account code, select Yes. For non-verified codes, select No.
To determine if an Account Code feature key is used for Verified or Non-verified accounts:
Press Superkey.
Press the Account Code feature key. The set displays the type of account.
